3T/H RO Water Purification System | 3 Ton Per Hour Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment

This 3T/H single-stage reverse osmosis pure water system is a full-set industrial water purification equipment from TICKTOCK.

The complete system consists of raw water tank, raw water booster pump, quartz sand filter tank, activated carbon filter tank,

precision filter, vertical high-pressure pump, RO membrane main frame and pure water storage tank.

The quartz sand filter removes suspended particles, sediment and turbidity in raw water.

The activated carbon filter adsorbs residual chlorine, organic contaminants, color and odor to protect the RO membrane elements.

After pre-treatment, the water flows into the precision filter to intercept fine particulate impurities.

The high-pressure pump pressurizes the pretreated water into the reverse osmosis membrane group.

The RO membrane removes dissolved salts, heavy metals and most microorganisms to produce qualified pure water.

The main frame adopts stainless steel structure, equipped with pressure gauges, flow meters and integrated electric control cabinet.

The control system supports manual operation, with overload protection and low-water protection to guarantee stable and safe long-term operation.

The FRP filter tanks are fitted with automatic valves for automatic backwashing, reducing manual maintenance work.

This RO water plant is widely applied in food processing, beverage production, boiler feed water, cosmetics factory, commercial

water supply and other industrial projects. Custom design is available according to customer’s raw water quality and site layout.

Optional UV sterilizer can be added on request for higher pure water quality.
