This 8 Ton/H (8000LPH) single stage RO + EDI ultrapure water system is a complete skid-mounted high purity water solution manufactured by Ticktock. Raw water goes through security filter, single-pass reverse osmosis and EDI electrodeionization step by step to remove dissolved salts, colloids and impurities, obtaining qualified ultrapure water. Different from double-stage RO+EDI, this scheme has lower investment cost, and EDI requires no acid & alkali regeneration, greatly reducing chemical consumption and waste discharge.
The whole unit is pre-assembled on SUS304 stainless steel frame, equipped with high-pressure pump, RO membrane housings, online resistivity meter, TDS meter, pressure gauges, flow meters and PLC touch screen control cabinet. It supports continuous 24-hour stable running with automatic alarm and interlock protection.
