The 1000L/H double RO + EDI ultrapure water system consists of pretreatment unit, double-pass reverse osmosis unit and EDI polishing unit.
Raw water first passes quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and 5μm security filter to remove suspended solids, organic matter and residual chlorine. Then two-stage RO removes most dissolved salts, silica and heavy metals. The EDI module further polishes the RO permeate to achieve ultra-high resistivity, no chemical regeneration required.
PLC automatic control system runs the whole system unattended. Online resistivity meter monitors water quality continuously. The system can automatically stop under abnormal working conditions.
We support customization for pipe material, tank material, control logic and skid layout to match customer’s special process, especially for hydrometallurgy and chemical precipitation process.
