This 2000L/H two-stage RO + EDI ultrapure water system is a full set modular water purification equipment, composed of pretreatment unit, double-pass reverse osmosis unit and EDI polishing unit.
Raw water flows through quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and 5μm security filter to remove suspended solids, organic matter and residual chlorine. Double-stage reverse osmosis removes most dissolved salts, silica and heavy metal ions. The EDI stack further polishes the RO permeate to reach ultra-high resistivity. EDI eliminates the need for acid and alkali regeneration chemicals.
The whole system adopts PLC automatic control cabinet, unattended automatic operation. Online resistivity & conductivity instruments continuously monitor water quality. When abnormal conditions such as low pressure, water shortage or overpressure occur, the system will automatically stop for protection.
We customize pipe material, tank material, control logic and skid layout to match customers’ special industrial processes, especially for hydrometallurgy and silica-alumina precipitation process. Before shipment, every set of equipment will undergo full water test and record inspection video.
